We refer to images that appear on a button as 'artwork.' In today's electronic world most artwork is now prepared as a computer file. Although we prefer electronic files, we can still work from the old 'black on white' hard copy.
If you are submitting artwork on a disk, it must be PC compatible and there is a $5 'pre-flight' charge; if you are submitting black-on-white hard copy, we reserve the right to evaluate it as to suitability and determine the need for an art surcharge. Please refer below for additional information.

Our payment policy is 50% down at the time an order is placed, and the balance is payable upon delivery. Other arrangements to payment must be made in advance.

Prices: All prices are FOB Chico, CA, and are subject to change
Art Charges: Typesetting, layout and SIMPLE artwork available at $23 per hour. Minimum charge is $10.
Computer Art: Artwork provided by e-mail or on disk must be vectorized for spot colors; all fonts must be provided with the computer art or must be converted to curves or paths. Electronic files must be PC compatible, or exported as PC compatible. File types best used: Corel Draw, Corel Photopaint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop. Final file format: Tiff.
Hard Copy: You may submit hard, camera-ready, copy with your order and once reviewed an art charge, if applicable, will be determined.
Photocopies: Copies, hand sketches, FAX transmissions, stationery, business cards and other pre-printed items are NOT considered suitable camera-ready artwork.
Special Colors: Metallic or day glow inks are available at $45 per color.
Additional Spot Colors: When 'hard copy' requires additional spot colors there is a charge of $45 per color.
Color Matching: There is no charge for matching Pantone colors.
Less than the Minimum: All orders for less than 100 buttons will be billed at the 100 quantity price.
Production Time: Normal production time is 8 working days following receipt of suitable artwork. Rush service is available. Please call for information.
Trademark and Copyright: Customer assumes full responsibility for claims or litigation arising from alleged infringement of trademarks or copyrights on any requested design or copy.
